Celeste Brown,
Foster Grandparent Program Project Director

Celeste Brown, a native of Jackson, MS, received a bachelor of science in biology from Southern Miss in 1998. Prior to joining the CCCE staff, she was Emergency Services Director of the South Central Mississippi Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Arnecca Byrd, Training and Partnership Development Coordinator

Arnecca C. Byrd received her bachelor's degree in psychology and Master's in Public Health from the University of Southern Mississippi and will receive a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2005 from William Carey College. Prior to joining CCCE staff, she was a program coordinator for Deep South Network for Cancer Control.

Stephanie Meincke, Director

Stephanie Meincke comes to the Center from McComb, MS where she has provided consulting and training services to nonprofits throughout Mississippi since 2002. She is the former executive director of The Family Source of Florida, Florida's child abuse prevention network. Along with a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master's degree from Florida State University in administrative social work, she has more than twenty years of experience in all aspects of nonprofit management.

Vickie Blakely Reed,
Campus Link Program Director

Vickie Blakely Reed received her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Masters of Science Degree from Mississippi State University. Before joining the CCCE Staff, she was employed by DREAM of Hattiesburg, Inc. as the agency's Lighthouse Learn and Serve Director.
